Raazab offers clothing, accessories, and home decor for sale through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Many of our products are one of a kind, crafted using handloom textiles, natural dyes, and artisanal techniques. Slight variations in weave, colour, texture, or finish are inherent to the nature of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects. By purchasing from Raazab, you acknowledge and accept this.
All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout. Christine Apparels reserves the right to change product pricing at any time without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, import duties, or customs charges depending on your location. For international orders, these charges are entirely your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
II. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Placing an order on this website constitutes an offer to purchase. Christine Apparels reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
Orders can be cancelled or modified before dispatch by writing to info.raazab@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further details.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Christine Apparels with respect to your use of this website and purchase of products.
Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement to any third party. Christine Apparels may assign its rights at any time without notice to you.
Waiver. Failure by Christine Apparels to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
