Shipping policy
At "Raazab", everything that leaves our studio is packed with intention. Whether it is a hand-crafted garment or a woven home piece, we want it to reach you safely, on time, and in the condition it deserves.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
All domestic orders ship free of charge. Always. No minimum order value, no fine print.
Once your order is confirmed, it is dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on where you are in the country.
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Here is how it works:
Orders above US $200 ship complimentary. (Standard shipping)
Orders below US $200 can choose between:
Standard Shipping at US $15, arriving in 7 to 14 working days.
Express Shipping at US $25, arriving in 5 to 8 working days.
Please note that international delivery timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary based on your country, local postal services, and any customs processing time.
DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as determined by your country's government. These charges are included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout.
Raazab has no control over customs clearance processes, and any delays arising from the same are beyond our responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable charges before placing an order, so there are no surprises on your end.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed on working days, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be picked up the next working day.
MODIFYING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
We get it, sometimes you change your mind. If you would like to modify or cancel your order, write to us at info.raazab@gmail.com as early as possible. We can help as long as your order has not been dispatched. Once it is on its way, we will not be able to make changes to it.
DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please reach out to us at info.raazab@gmail.com and we will track it down for you. In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will work with our courier partner to resolve it as quickly as we can.

Each Raazab piece is made by hand, using artisanal textiles and time-honoured techniques. Slight variations in weave, colour, or finish are not imperfections. They are the quiet signatures of the craftsperson who made your piece. We hope you wear and live with them proudly.
