Refund policy

We put a lot of thought into everything we make, and we hope you do too, before you buy. Raazab is not a fast fashion brand. Each piece is crafted by hand, often one of a kind, and made using artisanal textiles and traditional techniques. Every return consumes extra resources and creates unnecessary waste, and as a brand that cares deeply about the environment, we would rather help you make the right choice the first time.

If you have questions about sizing, fabric, colour, or anything else before placing your order, please write to us at info.raazab@gmail.com. We are genuinely happy to help.

That said, we understand that sometimes a return is unavoidable, and when that happens, we are here for you.


WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR RAAZAB PIECE

Because our products are crafted one by one using handloom textiles, natural dyes, and artisanal processes, each piece carries its own quiet personality. Slight variations in weave, texture, or tone are not flaws. They are proof of the hands that made it, and they are part of what makes your piece yours. These are not considered manufacturing defects and are not grounds for a return.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns on full-priced clothing and accessories within 20 days of delivery, provided:

The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

All original tags are intact and attached.

The item is returned in its original packaging.

Returns requested after 20 days of delivery will not be accepted.


WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Sale and discounted items are final. No returns, no exceptions.

Home decor items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Items returned without prior communication or without a return confirmation from us will not be processed.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1. Write to us at info.raazab@gmail.com within 20 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.

Step 2. Wait for our confirmation. Please do not ship anything back before hearing from us.

Step 3. Once confirmed, here is what happens next depending on where you are:

For domestic orders, we will arrange a pickup from your address. You do not need to visit a courier office or organise the logistics yourself.

For international orders, please pack your item carefully and ship it back to us at your own cost, to:

We will not be responsible for lost return shipments.

Step 4. For international returns, please share the tracking details with us once you have dispatched the parcel.


RETURN SHIPPING

For domestic returns, we handle the pickup. A return shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit issued to you.

For international returns, all shipping costs, duties, and customs charges are the customer's responsibility. Raazab does not reimburse shipping fees on international orders.


REFUNDS

Raazab does not offer cash refunds. All approved returns are refunded as store credits to your Raazab account. Store credits are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be used across all product categories on the website.

In exceptional circumstances, such as a confirmed manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being sent, we will either replace the item or issue a full store credit, including the original shipping cost.


ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel or modify your order at any time before it is dispatched by writing to us at info.raazab@gmail.com. Please quote your order number in the subject line. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery at info.raazab@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item. We will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
